SWIMARATHON

Congratulations to our swimmers in the event. An excellent performance was put in by our five participants who put in a total of 126 lengths within the hour. Special thanks should be given to those who sponsored the five who in total contributed over £200 to the Rotary Club charity beneficiaries.

SWIMARATHON

Once again the club has entered two teams in this annual event. For those club members who wish to support this deserving project and would like to participate in the swim could you please contact Mick Walton, secretary, on 01476 407469 or email him - kingscliffe@ntlworld.com with your details. Mick will then provide you with a sponsorship form.

Dates of swim:
Saturday 3rd Feb at 14.30 hours
Sunday 4th Feb at 10.30 hours

Each team will consist of six members.

NEW TREASURER

It is with great regret that our mother treasurer, Peggy Griffin, wishes to stand down from her position within our club. We are therefore pleased to introduce our Carol Vordeman of the club - the lovely Mel Willers who we wish all the success. We thank Peggy for the dedicated service but we know that she will continue to support the club through her involvement within the comittee.
